How do I reserve items for my event?
Please contact us to check on availability and request rental items. We require a 50% deposit to hold the items for your date. In the event of cancellation, this is non-refundable. The remaining 50% of your balance is due one week prior to your event date.
How long can I keep an item for?
Our rental rates are based on one-day rentals, but include pick up the day before your event and a day after for drop off. As we are closed on Sunday, the return date for a Saturday event is Monday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm unless other arrangements are made.
Do you deliver?
Not at this time. Items will be packaged and ready for you to pick up at the scheduled time and date.
What if a rental item breaks or goes missing?
If an item breaks or goes missing, our replacement fee is the sale price of the item. We do ask for a refundable security deposit based on your estimated total (a check that will be returned to you after your event minus any charges for damages).
Can I see the rental items in person?
Yes. Please schedule a time to visit our store to view rentals and discuss ideas to make your event special.
What if I don’t see the item I am looking for?
Please let us know. We are constantly updating our inventory.
What if I am interested in an item in your store that is not listed as a rental item?
Please let us know. Many of the items in the store can be rented in addition to what is in our inventory.
In the event that an item is unavailable, reasonable substitutions may be made.
